This HGV WhereNEXT Enrollment Agreement (“Agreement”) is effective as of January 1st, 2026. Participation in the HGV WhereNEXT program is governed by this Agreement and the Terms of Use.
HGV WhereNEXT is pre-paid travel and benefit program offered by Great Vacation Destinations, Inc. a Florida corporation and wholly owned subsidiary of Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. located at 5323 Millenia Lakes Blvd, Suite 400 Orlando, Florida (“Great Vacation Destinations”). Certain fulfillment aspects of the HGV WhereNEXT program are provided by Arrivia Inc. located at 15147 N. Scottsdale Rd. Suite 210, Scottsdale, AZ 85254.
YOU MAY CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT WITHOUT PENALTY ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON, USING THE BELOW FORM OR CALLING 866-935-8511, PRIOR TO MIDNIGHT OF THE 3RD BUSINESS DAY AFTER THE DATE OF THIS TRANSACTION. See the notice of cancellation form for an explanation of this right. RESIDENTS OF FLORIDA, MINNESOTA, and WASHINGTON MAY HAVE LONGER RESCISSION RIGHTS
ANY PAYMENTS MADE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE RETURNED WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOLLOWING RECEIPT OF YOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE PURSUANT TO THE CANCELLATION RIGHTS STATED HEREIN. You may be restricted from using any benefits until after any cancellation right has expired. Cancellation shall not relieve you from paying for any costs related to vacation goods or services received or used prior to the date of cancellation. Great Vacation Destinations may withhold from any refund the actual costs of goods and services provided prior to the date of cancellation or otherwise cancel any bookings made prior to cancellation.
HGV WhereNEXT is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable country, state or province laws.
Eligibility. Enrollment and participation in HGV WhereNEXT is open to individuals aged 18 or over only (no corporations or other entities, associations or groups) and constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and the “Terms of Use” as amended by Great Vacation Destinations from time to time.
HGV WhereNEXT benefits are only available for use and/redemption by the named persons on the HGV WhereNEXT account. Each person named on the account is responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to the HGV WhereNEXT program, the Terms of Use and for ensuring the privacy of their account. The maximum number of individuals who may be named on an HGV WhereNEXT account varies by the term length acquired. See Terms of Use for additional details. HGV WhereNEXT benefits may not be transferred, offered for resale or otherwise used in a manner that Great Vacation Destinations suspects as reasonable grounds for fraud, theft, dishonesty or for any commercial purpose.
All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for HGV WhereNEXT or compliance with the Terms of Use will be resolved by Great Vacation Destinations in its sole discretion. Persons deemed by Great Vacation Destinations to be acting in a manner inconsistent with the Terms of Use and rules of this program, rules of a participating property or service provider, or with local or federal laws, rules, ordinances and regulations may be denied access to access or otherwise have their account suspended or cancelled with no refund.
HGV WhereNEXT Pricing. The total price for enrollment in HGV WhereNEXT for a twelve (12) month term is $1,788.00 plus tax. The total price for a twenty-four (24) month term is $2,376.00 plus tax. Reduced pricing may be offered through special promotions from time to time.
When you enroll in HGV WhereNEXT you may be offered the option to pay a portion of the purchase price in monthly payments. In such event, you must agree to the terms of the seller’s auto-pay plan and certain benefits may be limited or restricted until a determined percentage of the purchase price has been paid in full. If a purchaser is in default of any payment due seller and such payment remains unpaid for a period of 30 days after notice of the same, seller may terminate this Agreement, retain all monies paid, including interest on late payments, and Purchaser shall forfeit any unused points or reservations.
All tax liability, including and without limitation disclosure connected with the receipt and/or use of the HGV WhereNEXT program and benefits, if any, is the responsibility of the purchaser
HGV WhereNEXT Benefits. HGV WhereNEXT includes the benefits and services described at www.hgvwherenext.com/shop-travel at the time of purchase and described in the HGV WhereNEXT program "Terms of Use. The terms of use for each benefit are governed by the individual providers.
Benefits are offered in good faith and with the expectation that they will remain available throughout your HGV WhereNEXT term. However, available benefits and discounts offered through HGV WhereNEXT are subject to change, suspension or cancellation by Great Vacation Destinations at any time without notice.
Privacy. We process your personal information in accordance with the Hilton Grand Vacations Global Privacy Notice (the "Privacy Policy"). By participating in the HGV WhereNEXT program, we may collect additional personal information from you. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, you must choose not to join HGV WhereNEXT.
Website Terms of Use. Benefits and services offered at: www.hgvwherenext.com/shop-travel.com are subject to the terms of use and privacy policies published on that site.
Liability Limitations. Great Vacation Destinations provides the HGV WhereNEXT program “as is” and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DESIGN, ACCURACY, CAPABILITY, SUFFICIENCY, SUITABILITY, CAPACITY, COMPLETENESS OR AVAILABILITY. You agree that Great Vacation Destinations does not represent, warrant or guaranty that the HGV WhereNEXT program or any such related products, benefits and services available therein will be uninterrupted, without omissions or error free, or that defects will be corrected or changes implemented. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL GREAT VACATION DESTINATIONS, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, VENTORS OR THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE HGV WHERENEXT PROGRAM OR ANY SUCH OTHER PRODUCTS, BENEFITS AND SERVICES, EVEN IF A GREAT VACATION DESTINATIONS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, therefore such exclusions may not apply to you. In the event, Great Vacation Destinations or another party is held liable for any damages related to such matters, the sole and exclusive remedy will be limited reimbursement for services or products paid by you to the entity held liable which were not provided by such entity. You hereby waive any and all rights to bring any claim or action related to such matters in any forum beyond two (2) years after the first occurrence of the kind of act, event, condition or omission upon which the claim or action is based. Claims may not be resolved through any form of class action. By participating in HGV WhereNEXT, you consent that venue for all disputes will be in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida or, if there's no federal jurisdiction, venue will be in Orange County, Florida. The terms and conditions set forth herein supersede all prior HGV WhereNEXT terms and conditions, if any.
Great Vacation Destinations will not be responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate transcription of information, for problems related to any of the equipment or programming, human error or interruption or deletion, omission, or failure associated with the operation or use of the HGV WhereNEXT program at www.hgvwherenext.com
Invalidity. If any provision(s) in this Agreement or the Terms of Use are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect. The failure by Great Vacation Destinations to exercise rights granted hereunder upon the occurrence of any of the contingencies set forth in this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such rights upon the recurrence of such contingency. All interpretations of these rules shall be at the sole discretion of Great Vacation Destinations.
Waiver. No waiver of any provision in of this Agreement shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provisions hereof (whether or not similar), nor shall waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided.
