You may cancel this transaction without any penalty or obligation within three business days following the date of this notice of cancellation. Residents of Florida have up to 30 days, residents of Minnesota have up to 10 days, and residents of Washington have up to 7 days. However, Great Vacation Destinations may withhold amounts of the actual costs of goods and services provided prior to the date of cancellation.
If you cancel, any payments made or authorized by you will be returned within ten business days following receipt by the seller of your cancellation notice.
If you cancel, any goods provided to you must be returned to the seller at the address listed below. If you make the goods available to the seller and the seller does not accept them or pick them up within 20 days, you may retain or dispose of the goods without any further obligation. If you fail to make the goods available to the seller, you remain liable for the performance of all obligations under the contract.
To cancel your HGV WhereNext purchase within the provided rescission period, mail or deliver a signed and dated copy of this notice of cancellation or any other written notice of cancellation to HGV WhereNext at HGV WhereNEXT at 1450 Center Crossing Rd., Las Vegas, NV 89144 not later than midnight of the third business day after your receipt of this cancellation notice.
