Right to Cancel
If you wish to cancel this contract, you may cancel by delivering or mailing a written notice to the travel operator. The notice must say that you do not wish to be bound by the contract and must be delivered or mailed before midnight of the tenth business day after you sign the contract. The notice must be delivered or mailed to: HGV WhereNEXT at 1450 Center Crossing Rd., Las Vegas, NV 89144. If you cancel the membership, Great Vacation Destinations will return, within ten days of the date on which you give notice of cancellation, any payments you have made. Your right to cancel continues until midnight of the tenth business day after the day on which you are provided with all materials necessary to allow you to make travel arrangements and all materials that explain your rights, obligations, benefits, and restrictions under the contract.
The seller is not a participant in the Travel Consumer Restitution Fund. This business has a bond issued by Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland in the amount of $100,000. CA CST# 2068362-50
YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITHOUTANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE OR RECEIPT OF THE VACATION CERTIFICATE, WHICHEVER OCCURS LATER. YOU MAY ALSO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT IF ACCOMMODATIONS OR FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR USE AS PROVIDED IN THE CONTRACT. TO CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT, A SIGNED AND DATED COPY OF A STATEMENT THAT YOU ARE CANCELING THE AGREEMENT SHOULD BE MAILED AND POSTMARKED OR DELIVERED TO 1450 CENTER CROSSING RD., LAS VEGAS, NV 89144.
NO PURCHASER SHOULD RELY UPON REPRESENTATIONS OTHER THAN THOSE INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT.
This contract is for the purchase of a vacation certificate and puts all assignees on notice of the consumer’s right to cancel under section 559.933, Florida Statutes.

RIGHT TO CANCEL
KENTUCKY LAW GIVES YOU THREE (3) DAYS TO CANCEL YOUR AGREEMENT WITH US. If you wish to cancel this contract, you may cancel by delivering or mailing a written notice to the company. Certified mail would provide greater protection than first-class mail but is not necessary. If you deliver the notice personally, you are entitled to a receipt. Your notice must make known that you do not wish to be bound by the contract. If the notice is delivered or mailed before midnight of the third business day after you sign this contract, you are entitled to a refund of the entire consideration paid for the contract. The notice must be delivered or mailed to (insert name and mailing address of company). If you cancel, the club is required to return, within ten (10) days of the date on which you give notice of cancellation, any payments you have made.
This contract is a contract made pursuant to a telephone solicitation sale regulated by Oregon Revised Statutes 83.710 (Definitions for ORS 83.710 to 83.750) to 83.750 (Rights and duties of buyer upon cancellation of sale or revocation of offer to purchase). The person offering to buy goods or services under this contract understands that:
(1) No discussions or agreements between the buyer and the person offering to sell goods or services formed a binding agreement except as provided by this contract;
(2) There is no binding agreement between the buyer and seller until the seller receives a copy of this contract signed by the buyer; and
(3) All of the terms of the agreement between the buyer and the seller are contained, in writing, in this contract.

If transportation or other services are canceled by the seller of travel, all sums paid to the seller of travel for services not performed in accordance with the contract between the seller of travel and the purchaser will be refunded within thirty days of receiving the funds from the vendor with whom the services were arranged, or if the funds were not sent to the vendor, the funds shall be returned within fourteen days after cancellation by the seller of travel to the purchaser unless the purchaser requests the seller of travel to apply the money to another travel product and/or date.
Purchaser's right to cancel:
You may cancel this contract without any cancellation fee or other penalty, or stated reason for doing so, by sending notice of cancellation by certified mail, return receipt requested, to HGV WhereNext at 1450 Center Crossing Rd., Las Vegas, NV 89144. The notice must be postmarked by midnight of the seventh calendar day following the day on which this contract is signed by you or the day membership materials are received by you, whichever is later. The day on which the contract was signed is not included as a "calendar day," and if the seventh calendar day falls on a Sunday or legal holiday, then the right to cancel this contract expires on the day immediately following that Sunday or legal holiday
